Suites/Rooms Second Floor Richard’s Den – is the largest of the multi-room suites with a queen size bed, a full size bed, and two twin beds. This suite also has a decorative fireplace, sitting room/desk, private balcony in one of the rooms, and a private bathroom. Laura Sue’s Suite – is three rooms of frills and has a queen size bed, a day bed, and can handle a twin bed upon request. Also included is a historical fireplace, sitting area, bright sunroom, and a private bathroom. Pias Suite – welcomes guests to a 2 room suite with a queen size canopy bed, decorative fireplace in the sitting room, and a private bathroom. Third Floor: Lone Star – is set in the days of the Old West with rustic furniture, a queen size bed, and a shared bathroom.* Prairie Sky Room – is the smallest of all the rooms, but warmly decorated with the colors of a beautiful sky. Enjoy a full size bed and a shared bathroom.* * Shared bathroom: Bathroom is private unless both rooms are booked on the third floor. Room/Suite prices are based on maximum of two (2) person occupancy per suite/room. Additional charge of $30 per person for each additional guest. Other Facts • The mansion has a whole-house water treatment system and a high-end air purifier. • A library of DVDs can be found on the second floor foyer, as well as a number of board games and playing cards. • There is always an ongoing jigsaw puzzle in the Ladies’ Parlor. Service Upon Request: Massage If you are interested in a relaxing massage during your stay, please let us know at the time of reservation to set up an appointment. Last minute requests can be accommodated if massage therapist has open time in her schedule. Charges are $75/hr. You must give one day notice for cancellation or you will be charged the full amount. Friends Let us know if you would like assistance with ordering flowers for a friend or loved one. They will be waiting in your room when you arrive. Taxi If you are in need of transportation, we will be happy to arrange for a taxi. Gift Certificate Give the gift of history and charm with our gift certificates.
