Coming to Stay

Can we arrive before 4:00pm?

Depends. Since there is such a small window of time for us to get the mansion ready for    your stay, or we are finishing with a High Tea, we would ask that you do respect the 4:00 pm check-in time. But if you must check in early, this should be agreed beforehand and there is a $50.00 fee. You are welcome to drop-off your luggage and enjoy Milwaukee.

Where do we park when we arrive?

When you arrive, park in front of the mansion, on the street. Leave everything in the car. Come in and let us get you checked in. During the process, we will direct you where you will be parking your car off the street/on-site during your stay.

What is required when I make my reservation?

Name, cell phone number, email address and a Credit Card Number to pay at time reservation. Please also, at this time let us know if you have a Gift Certificate too.

Do you offer special food requests?

We offer gluten free (extra fee), vegetarian and dairy free. We must know at the time of    reservation.

What if I need to cancel my Room reservation?

If your plans change and you have to cancel your reservation, we require that you notify us before 6:00 pm CST, 8 or more days prior to arrival – a $25.00 administrative fee will be charged. After 6:00 pm CST and under 7 days plus no-shows will be charged 100% of your stay. We will offer you 2 months (no later) from the date of your reservation to come back and stay with us, at no charge. This is only for those who booked with us direct. We stand by our cancellation.

What if I need to cancel my High Tea reservation?

1:00 pm, 48 hours before your reservation you have the option to either add to the reservation or cancel. After 1:00 pm, you will be responsible for your reservation whether you cancel or no show. You will be charged. We treat this like buying a ticket to a performance or sport game. We just don’t send you tickets.
