Come Relax with History and Charm Take yourself back in time to the heyday of 1891. George J. Schuster built a captivating mansion consisting of many ornate influences such as Victorian and German Renaissance Revival. The rich architecture and design welcomes you with two perfect arches while the home captures your attention with red sandstone, red brick, and accents made of red terra cotta showing off its finer details. As you enter the breathtaking foyer, you will note we have tried to keep its original intention, lush with oak carved wood throughout the multi-level home. Relax from morning to evening in our parlors filled with antiques. Each antiques has a story of its own to tell. Enjoy the morning aroma of home baked breakfast and along with fresh brewed coffee and tea ready to help you greet the day. The staircase invites you up the stairs to our 3 multi-room suites and 2 rooms which are independently decorated to present you with a choice of beauty of the past. From rich textures of Richard’s Den, pamper yourself in Laura Sue’s Suite, or choose the rich tones and comfort of the Pias Suite. Enjoy southern hospitality in the Lone Star. Many choose the coziness of the Prairie Sky Room, it is our smallest room but the decor draws you in. We do offer private parking right on the property.
