To ensure one of our beautiful rooms, reservations are encouraged. However, if you are uncertain of your plans, call for any vacancies. Charges are for 2 persons per room. Additional guests are an additional $30.00 per person. Please let us know at time of booking of additional guests. Payment for the duration of your stay will be charged upon check-in. Unlike hotels, the Schuster Mansion does not overbook rooms expecting cancellations and no-shows. Therefore, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy. A seven or more day notice is required for room/suite cancellation. A $25.00 administrative fee will be charged. Under 7 days and no-shows will be charged one day suite/room rate or 50% of your stay to your credit card. Rebook at the time of cancellation will be at no charge. Cancellation for special events requires a 30 day notice. Deposit of 20% of the full amount will not be refunded. Cancellations under 30 day notice will be charged 50% of the full amount. Check-out concludes at 11:00 a.m. Smoking is not allowed inside of the Schuster Mansion. There are designated smoking areas outside for your convenience. We will enforce a $300.00 fine for any violations to the smoking policy. The Schuster Mansion is not suitable for children under the age of (10) ten. For as much as we love animals, pets are not permitted in the Schuster Mansion. The Schuster Mansion does what we can to conserve energy and be ‘green’. Back to top
