You must choose your pricing plan at the time reservations are made, you must take the whole plan for the full stay; cannot split into multiple plans.
Upgrades to the pricing plan are welcome at any time; you may NOT downgrade after arriving.
Fee for a tour of the mansion and detailed history - $8.00 per person. This tour takes at least 1.5 hours.

Room/Suite prices are based on maximum of two (2) person occupancy; please indicate number of additional persons per room at time of reservation.
